By using PriceClaw, you agree to these terms. PriceClaw provides an AI-powered price monitoring service for Costco receipt items.

Service description

PriceClaw monitors Costco.com prices for items on uploaded receipts and notifies users when prices drop within the 30-day price adjustment window. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Costco Wholesale.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of receipts you upload. PriceClaw is a monitoring tool — we cannot guarantee price adjustments will be approved at your local warehouse. Price adjustment eligibility is determined solely by Costco Wholesale.

Limitation of liability

PriceClaw is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed price drops, service outages, or denied price adjustments. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 30 days.

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). These rights apply to personal information we collect about you.

• Right to know. You have the right to request what personal data we collect, use, and disclose about you.
• Right to delete. You may request that we delete the personal data we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions permitted by law.
• Right to opt-out of data sale. PriceClaw does not sell your personal data to third parties. Because we do not engage in the sale of personal information, no opt-out action is required.
• Right to non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. You will not receive different pricing, quality of service, or access levels for making a rights request.

To submit a CCPA request, email us at rasco@priceclaw.app with the subject line "CCPA Request." We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days as required by law.
